Role: Creative Production Lead, Airbnb Marcom

As a Creative Production Lead with the Marcom team at Airbnb, I helmed a mighty team of internal designers, animators, and external partners for Airbnb’s biggest marketing launch of 2025. Our goal for this launch was to dynamically highlight the notable redesign and hundreds of new product updates while introducing two new lines of business, Services and Experiences.
I helped manage the visual development and all animated deliverables across the interactive sites, live keynote, and CEO + Brand social, delivering ~100 assets over a 6-month sprint for U.S. and global markets. I guided the production from concept to launch, leading stakeholder reviews and partnering closely with Product, XD, Interactive, and Legal to keep the vision intact at every stage.
The launch was a success: Brian Chesky’s announcement post topped 11M views, the keynote drew ~3M YouTube views, and the newsroom reveal introduced Services in 260 cities while reimagining Experiences in 650+ cities.
